By purchasing a ManchHouse ticket you agree that admission is tied to the confirmed booking, selected seats and event rules displayed at the time of purchase.

Seat holds

Seats selected before payment are temporary holds only. A booking becomes confirmed after successful payment verification by the server.

Entry

A valid confirmed booking code or ticket is required. Each booking can be checked in once. The organizer may refuse entry for fraudulent, duplicated or tampered tickets.

Schedule changes

Reasonable changes to lineup, sequence or production may occur. Material date, time or venue changes should be communicated using the booking contact details where practical.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the event’s published cancellation policy and applicable law. Payment-gateway charges may be subject to the gateway’s rules.
